For B&Bs, guest houses, inns and holiday lets
Write it once. Then stop repeating yourself.
The door code, the wifi, how the heating works, the places you actually send people. One page, its own link, a QR code for the door. Guests read it instead of texting you.
- $39 a month, any size
- Preview before you pay
- No card to start
It works alongside Airbnb and Booking.com, it does not replace them. Guests tap a link or a QR code by the door. There is nothing for them to install.
Those are not mockups.
Every guide above is live, rendered by exactly the same reader your guests get. Switch between them, open one full size, put it on your own phone. None of it is a picture of a product.
Set it up once. The place answers for itself.
Minutes, not an afternoon, and no design decisions to make.
Tell it about your place
Answer a few questions. A full guide arranges itself, already written, ready to edit like a finished document.
Make it look like you
Pick a look, set your colour, add your photographs, the door code and the places you actually send people.
Put it by the door
Publish to your own link with a QR code for the door. Guests open it and read. There is nothing to download.
Priced per property, not per room.
Most guidebook tools bill a guest house by the room, so the same guide costs more every time you add one. You write one guide. You should pay for one guide.
Billed per room
What the same guide costs elsewhere as you grow.
Billed per property
What it costs here, at every one of those sizes.
Per-room figures are Touch Stay's published rates, checked on 23 August 2026.
In their words.
Written by the people running these places, published exactly as they wrote it, and taken down the moment they ask.
Shown with each owner's permission, given in their own settings. We do not edit what they wrote and we do not link to anyone's guide.
The things you are about to ask.
Mostly asked by people already listing on Airbnb or Booking.com, so they are answered here rather than after you sign up.
Does this replace my Airbnb listing?
No, and it is not trying to. Your listing is how people find and book you. This is what they read once they have booked and once they are standing at the door. Most hosts send the link in their check-in message and put the QR code inside the front door.
Do my guests have to install anything?
No. It is a web page. They tap the link or point a camera at the QR code and it opens. There is no app, no account and no password, which is the whole reason guests actually open it.
What happens between bookings?
Nothing changes. The page stays at the same address, so the QR code you printed keeps working for the next guest and the one after. You edit it whenever the wifi password or the bin day changes, and it is live the moment you save.
I already send a PDF. Why is this better?
A PDF is a download that opens badly on a phone, and every time you change it the old one is still sitting in someone's inbox. This is one address that is always the current version, and it is built to be read on the phone in their hand at the door.
I have more than one place. Do I pay again?
One price covers one property, whatever size it is. If you run several, Host covers three guides and Portfolio has no limit. What you never pay for is extra rooms in the same property.
What if I write it and hate it?
Then you have lost an evening and nothing else. You build the whole guide and preview exactly what a guest sees before we ask for a card. If you publish and change your mind, cancel and it stops at the end of the month you paid for.
One place, or all of them.
Every plan includes everything. The only difference is how many guides you can have live at once.
Solo
One guide, on its own link and QR. For a single place, whatever size it is.
- Your own link and a QR code for the door
- Your photographs, your colour, your words
- Unlimited edits, live the moment you save
Host
Up to three guides, for less than two would cost separately.
- Everything in Solo, three times over
- A different look for each place
- One login, one bill
Portfolio
Unlimited guides, for anyone running several places at once.
- No ceiling on published guides
- Add a place without changing plan
- One login, one bill
Build the whole thing before you decide.
Write your guide, upload your photographs, pick a look and preview exactly what a guest sees, without paying anything or entering a card. Payment only comes up at the moment you want it live at your own address.
If you publish and it is not what you wanted, cancel and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. Your writing stays where it is, so nothing you made is lost.
